Premium Rooms
Rooms are located only on the 5th floor of the building. They are the biggest rooms of the Hall, with double seater sofa and nice big balcony on the top floor, amazing views of the city and the Historical Heroes square.

EMERALD FURNISHED APARTMENTS
These apartments are not suitable for students.
- They are located in the city center of Limassol few steps away from Anexartisias street.
- We have 18 apartments, each apartment is different but the majority is one bedroom apartments.
- We have some 3 two bedroom apartments and 1 three bedroom duplex apartment.
- The apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped and suitable for people coming for relocation to Limassol and looking for their first place in the center of Limassol.
- Administration services are offered in the building.
- The apartments are rented for a tenancy period of 12 months with an option to renew.
