abilities of Municipal and Community Councillors.<\/p><p>The reform of Local Government, the modern socio-economic context affected by globalization, the rapid transformation of functions due to rapid technological developments, the increase of intercultural societies due to the large immigration flow of recent years, pose the technocratic reorganization of the Municipal Administration, with the continuous updating of the knowledge, skills and abilities of the human resources, the development of relations and joint actions with the Society of Citizens, at the center of every reform
