Parents and children up to 10 years old are invited to a free, hands-on STEM workshop entitled <strong>\u201cExploring Science Together\u201d<\/strong>, taking place on <strong>Saturday, 24 October 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00<\/strong>, at the premises of <strong>The Child&#8217;s Workshop Kindergarten in Nicosia<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The event is part of the European <strong>Erasmus+ STEM Pathways<\/strong> project (<a href=\"https:\/\/stem-pathways.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stem-pathways.eu<\/a>), which aims to strengthen children&#8217;s interest and engagement in STEM by helping families support their children&#8217;s curiosity from an early age.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Research shows that early, positive experiences at home help shape young children&#8217;s confidence and interest in these subjects. The workshop responds to this need by providing parents with practical tools and ready-to-use ideas to spark their children&#8217;s interest.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3 class=\"uol-steam-section-title\">\n      The workshop will be structured as follows:\n    <\/h3>\n\n    <div class=\"uol-steam-structure\">\n\n      <p>\n        <strong>Part 1:<\/strong> Parents and adult family members will take part in an interactive workshop presenting an online STEM course, as well as a series of easy-to-use games and activities with practical guidance on how to facilitate them.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <strong>Part 2:<\/strong> Parents and children will work together on the activities, with ongoing support from the facilitators and kindergarten staff.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n      The aim is for families to leave with greater confidence and ready-to-use materials to continue learning at home.
