scientifically grounded psychological principles to solve real business challenges, as well as to enhance employee well-being, performance, and organizational effectiveness.\r\n\r\nThe Master\u2019s in Occupational and Organizational Psychology is offered via <strong>distance learning<\/strong>, providing flexibility and accessibility without compromising quality.\r\n\r\nThe program is available through two study pathways:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Without Practicum: distance learning, 1.5 years (90 ECTS)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>With Practicum: distance learning, 2.5 years (150 ECTS)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAlthough all courses are delivered through distance learning, the <strong>1,000-hour practicum is conducted in person<\/strong> at organizations in Cyprus.
