On October 4, 2023<\/strong>, the training seminar “CSR, ESG, and DEI: The key to a sustainable corporate culture and social marketing \u2013 Behavior Change \u2013 Business Benefits” was held. The seminar was attended by CYTA’s management team, under the guidance of Ioanna Panagiotou and Anastasia Kapsali, trainers of the UoL Center for DEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainable Development creates business resilience. The creation of a sustainable Corporate Culture not only protects the environment and leaves no one behind, but mainly creates new business opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seminar aimed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes on sustainable development. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) indicators, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) issues are linked together, and their understanding and the design of specific actions achieve the creation of a sustainable corporate culture. A key tool for behaviour changes inside and outside the organization is Social Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
