The objective of this course is to expose students to best practices in order to apply and develop advanced communication skills.

Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrate understanding of the process of communication in organizations and the various barriers to effective communication.
  • Compare and contrast the advantages of and problems of various communication channels/media and evaluate their appropriateness in different situations.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver an effective business presentation.
