The University of Limassol is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Executive to drive the growth of corporate training and consulting activities at its Executive Education Center.

This role is ideal for a capable sales and relationship-management professional with a strong business mindset who can build strategic partnerships with organizations, promote the University’s executive training and consulting services, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with companies and organizations for corporate training programs and consulting engagements.
  • Generate leads and actively manage a corporate sales pipeline.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partners.
  • Own partnership development from first contact through agreement signing.
  • Actively promote the University’s executive education and consulting services to prospective and existing corporate clients.
  • Lead proposal development, solution design, and pricing coordination.
  • Apply a consultative selling approach to understand client challenges and translate them into learning or consulting solutions.
  • Present programs and services through client meetings, presentations, and tailored proposals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and sustainable collaborations.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, skills gaps, and emerging training needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of training programs and consulting projects, ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with faculty and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality training content and program design align with client expectations and business needs.
  • Work with the Marketing Unit to attract new clients and support the development of promotional material for corporate and executive education activities.
  • Collect and analyze client and participant feedback, proposing improvements where necessary.
  • Stay informed about developments and best practices in corporate learning, executive education, and professional training.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management/Business, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or marketing/communications roles.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing corporate partnerships.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
