The objective of this course is to get the participants to appreciate the strategic importance of trust and ethics in the provision of financial services and to enable them to conduct their business in such a way as to inspires trust and to resolve ethical dilemmas in a manner that builds trust among the stakeholders

Learning Outcomes

CILO 1 – Fully appreciate the value of trust in the provision of financial services
CILO 2 – Inspire trust to the clients of financial services
CILO 3 – Recognize ethical dilemmas in the supply of financial services
CILO 4 – Analyze ethical dilemmas in the provision of financial services and resolve them in a morally defensible way that builds trust
CILO 5 – Specify the organization’s core values
CILO 6 – Construct and implement a Code of Conduct/ Ethics and use it as a management tool for the organization
