Optical microscopy is crucial for advancements in biological studies, especially in areas like cancer treatments. However, the extensive data collected can be challenging to store and analyze. Our solution? A state-of-the-art software designed to automate this process, enhancing precision in cellular studies.
Key components of the project:
Automated analysis of cellular phase contrast data.
Features include cell division detection, cell migration tracking, and more.
Aims to aid studies for targeted chemotherapy drugs.
Cloud-based for easy and wide accessibility.
