Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the program, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate deep and comprehensive understanding of advanced concepts and theories in educational psychology, including cognitive development, learning theories, motivation, and socio-emotional development.
- Demonstrate professional ethics in decision-making within educational psychology practice, respecting confidentiality, informed consent, and cultural respect.
- Apply psychological principles to design and implement effective educational interventions and assessment strategies that support students with diverse needs.
- Acquire knowledge and skills required for critically evaluating existing research in educational psychology and conducting independent research in the field.
- Work independently and take initiative in designing, implementing, and evaluating educational interventions and research projects.
- Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on recent developments in educational psychology and related fields through conference participation and professional development opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration with students, educators, parents, and other stakeholders, including the ability to adapt communication to different cultural and individual needs.
- Demonstrate capacity for innovation and adaptation of educational psychology practices to respond to evolving educational needs, including the integration of technology and online counseling.

Program Requirements
