We are pleased to share that Dr. Maria Charalampous, Lecturer in HRM, OB & Leadership and Occupational & Organizational Psychology, and Director of the MSc in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at the University of Limassol, was recently featured on the Healthy Work podcast—an influential bi-weekly series hosted by Industrial-Organizational psychologists Dr. Keaton Fletcher (Colorado State University) and Dr. Maryana Arvan.
The episode is part of a special mini-series funded by the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology, showcasing the innovative work of seven scholars in the field. In this engaging conversation, Dr. Charalampous discusses remote e-work and worker wellbeing, with particular emphasis on the experiences of people with disabilities and neurodivergent individuals.
The Healthy Work podcast brings science to the public in accessible and meaningful ways, making it an ideal platform to highlight research that shapes healthier and more inclusive workplaces.
We encourage our community to tune in, share widely, and celebrate this excellent representation of our university’s commitment to impactful, socially conscious scholarship.
