AI DeCreate is a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme designed to empower professionals in Europe’s Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI) with cutting-edge AI skills. Recognizing the rapid growth of the creative economy and the transformative potential of AI, the programme addresses existing skill gaps while prioritizing ethical, responsible AI deployment. AI DeCreate is delivered in English and structured around hands-on, collaborative learning that meets EIT Label standards for quality, learning outcomes, and industry relevance.

The project results are the following:
Annita Eliade is a Senior Project Officer at the University of Limassol, specializing in education, instructional design, and EU project management. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education, an MA in Instructional Technology, and an MBA from the University of Cyprus. Before Before entering project management , she worked as a Head Teacher in private education and as a Research Executive in the market research sector. She has managed and supported EU-funded projects under Erasmus+, AMIF, and CERV, focusing on pedagogy, children’s rights, gender equality, and adult education.
Yiannis Theofanous is the Director of the Distance Learning Unit at the University of Limassol. He is an experienced Instructional Designer specializing in e-learning and blended learning environments, with expertise in learning theories and instructional design models. His work focuses on developing interactive and accessible digital learning content, enhancing learner engagement, and ensuring alignment with CYQAA, EQF, and ENQA standards. Yiannis has extensive experience in course development and distance learning programs, including UK-based undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
