Why Cultural Intelligence Matters

Cultural Intelligence is the capability to function effectively across national, ethnic, and organizational boundaries. The seminar addressed the urgent need for tools to combat workplace stereotypes and unconscious bias while fostering collaboration in today’s multicultural environments.

Goals and Outcomes

By the end of the seminar, participants were equipped to:

  • Develop strategies to adapt to different cultural contexts while maintaining authenticity
  • Navigate multicultural interactions with confidence and persistence
  • Understand their cultural preferences across ten key values, such as Individualism vs. Collectivism and Direct vs. Indirect communication styles
