Standard Room
Rooms are located from 1st to 4th floor of the building. They have private balconies facing the historical Heroes Square and the old city of Limassol.

Rooms are located only on the 5th floor of the building. They are the biggest rooms of the Hall, with double seater sofa and nice big balcony on the top floor, amazing views of the city and the Historical Heroes square.

What kind of AC supply voltage and/or socket types do the rooms have?
Cyprus uses 3-pin UK type plugs, sometimes referred to as Type G plugs.
What kind of kitchenware or appliances are included with the room?
A refrigerator, oven with one oven tray, electric hobs, microwave and private cupboards are provided in the shared kitchen area. A small refrigerator is also provided in the room. Plates, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils, cutting boards, saucepans, cutlery, kettles, toasters, coffee machines and water dispensers are not provided.
Are bed sheets and/or any type of linen included with the room?
The mattresses have dimensions of 110cm x 190cm. Bed sheets, duvets, duvet covers, blankets, pillows and towels are not provided unless requested for an extra fee.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building.
What happens if I lose my key or access card?
You must inform the management office so a new card can be ordered and programmed for a fee.
Can I host people in my room?
Rooms are rented for single occupancy only and there is no space to accommodate extra persons.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the building.

Yes, The Student Hall provides free bike parking racks.
Is there a laundry room in the building?
Yes, there is a laundry room located on the 5th floor. The washer is coin-operated and available 24/7.
Are there security facilities in the building?
The building has secured access with key tag and CCTV in all public areas. It also includes smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and emergency exit lighting.
What shops and facilities are nearby?
The Student Hall is centrally located, with bars, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, pharmacies, doctors, clinics, supermarkets and city bus access within walking distance.

What is the contract length and who is the guarantor?
The contract runs from 1 August until 31 July of the following year. The guarantor is responsible for covering rent, charges, damages and/or fines that may occur during the tenancy.
Is there a guarantee deposit on signing the contract?
Yes, there is a guarantee deposit to cover possible damages. If no damages are found after inspection, the deposit is returned when the contract expires. There is also an expenses deposit used to cover electricity bills or other expenses during the stay.
Is there allocated car parking available?
No, there is no allocated car parking, but there are plenty of parking areas around the building.
What information do I need to provide to reserve a room?
You will need to provide a copy of your ID/passport, student card or university enrollment/acceptance letter, a utility bill as proof of address if available, and a copy of your guarantor’s ID/passport.
How do I reserve a room?
You need to fill in the application for interest form on the website, and the management team will contact you by email or phone.
