EXPERTISE

My general field of research is experimental and behavioral economics. I employ controlled laboratory experiments alongside mathematical and computational modelling to understand the aggregate consequences of interactions among heterogeneous decision makers.

SHORT BIO

I am an affiliated Distinguished Research Professor at UoL. In my primary affiliation, I am a Professor of Economics at the Institute of Social and Economic Research of the Osaka University and Director of the Research Center for Behavioral Economics. My PhD is in Economics from Columbia University.
