Amdocs professional unveils career insights to UoL undergraduate students.
On Monday, 29th of February 2024, as part of the module “Personal and Professional Development” led by Dr. Markella Grigoriou, undergraduate students embarked on a journey bridging the academic realm to the professional world with Ms. Maria Eleftheriou, a seasoned talent acquisition representative at Amdocs.
During her lecture, Ms. Eleftheriou provided valuable insights into the personal and professional skills that young students should cultivate for better outcomes in their careers. Drawing from her extensive industry experience, she shared perspectives on the skills and qualities that make candidates more competitive in the job market.
Noteworthy, Ms. Eleftheriou’s is a postgraduate student at UoL’s MSc in HR and OB, highlighting the university’s commitment to diverse experiences. This dual role exemplifies the establishment of meaningful relationships between the university and its students.
In addition to the guest lecture, students were granted a unique opportunity to visit Amdocs, immersing themselves in a real business environment. This visit provided students with the chance to interact with professionals at Amdocs, gaining firsthand exposure to the industry and its dynamics.
