The Department of Management at the CIIM Business School, of the University of Limassol, invites applications for full time faculty positions in the Department of Management. We seek outstanding individuals with a proven record of research excellence and a strong commitment to teaching, who will contribute to the continued growth and academic distinction of the department.

We welcome applications from scholars in Quantitative Methods, Econometrics & Economics. Particular interest will be given to candidates whose research focuses on Applied Econometrics and who can teach Econometrics, Economics, Quantitative Methods and Statistics, Data Analysis, and related courses.

Areas of special interest include, but are not limited to:

• Applied Econometrics
• Quantitative Methods and Statistics
• Data Analysis

Successful candidates will join a dynamic and expanding department, contributing to impactful research, innovative pedagogy, and the advancement of academic programs. Faculty members will have opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and to play a pivotal role in shaping the university’s strategic direction.

Candidates should demonstrate strong academic leadership potential and a readiness to engage in departmental and university-wide service.

Minimum Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research
• Evidence of effective teaching at undergraduate and graduate level

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Experience with quantitative teaching and applied research
• Experience with econometric software and data analysis tools
• Ability to contribute to MBA-level teaching in quantitative subjects

Additional Information

• These are positions for Lecturer/Assistant Professor, depending on qualifications and experience
• Appointments will remain open until filled
• Selected candidates are expected to relocate to Cyprus
