Course Unit Objectives The objective of this course is to sharpen transferable skills and attitudes for value creation, self-branding, and continuous professional development

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify and understand the framework of being a professional and a manager.
  • Understand the importance of attitudes, emotional intelligence, professional image.
  • Test and improve their transferable skills of problem solving, decision making, influencing skills etc.
  • Demonstrate to current or perspective employers how they create additional value for their organization.
  • Brand and market themselves.
  • Critically evaluate their own experiences and those of other practicing professionals in the private and public sector.
