A systematic presentation and analysis of the approaches, techniques and tools that are used in project management including: developing a project plan, resource planning, scheduling and project monitoring and evaluation. Project management software is used as a tool in developing real life projects in class. As projects are integral part of business life and often have significant impact on business success and failure, it is imperative that students have a good understanding of how projects are identified, prioritized, planned and managed to produce business benefits.
