Corporate Finance, Principles of Finance, Financial Accounting.
The objective of this course is to help students understand the rationale for project and business finance and examine project risk analysis and credit risk assessment, project risk profiles and financing solutions and risk mitigation strategies. The course will also discuss various issues related to cash-flow modelling concepts and risk analysis for Project Finance. Finally, the course will look at how we can incorporate flexibility in projects, by using option pricing theory and decision trees.
