To provide HR practitioners with a strong foundation for harnessing the power of Emotional Intelligence (EI) within the organizational context and for optimizing individual and organizational engagement and effectiveness.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the key concepts, models, theories, practices and trendsin Emotional Intelligence that relate to HRM and OB.
  • Assess their degree of Emotional Intelligence to identify competencies /skills they need to develop at a personal level.
