EXPERTISE

My main research focus is exploring how remote e-working and using technology impacts on well-being, work-life balance and job effectiveness, developing related new psychometric measures. I am also passionate about increasing inclusivity at work by engaging with people with disability and neurodiversity.

SHORT BIO

I am the Director of the MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and a Lecturer in HRM, Organizational Behaviour, and Leadership (Department of Management) and Occupational and Organizational Psychology (Department of Psychology) at the University of Limassol (UoL). I obtained my BSc in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Cyprus, and my MSc and PhD in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Coventry University and the University of Surrey, respectively. I am a member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) and the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP). I am also an accredited BPS test user for Ability and Personality/Psychometric testing.
