The University of Limassol (UoL) is currently in the process of establishing its Dental Sciences School and invites applications from highly qualified and motivated academics to join the faculty team.
The School seeks to recruit qualified candidates at any academic rank — Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor — depending on qualifications, experience, and scholarly achievements.

Essential Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in the specific field of application or a relevant field.
- Proven record of undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching relevant to the subject area.
- Research portfolio and publication record commensurate with the rank sought.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality teaching and academic leadership in pre-clinical and clinical education.
- Ensure effective supervision and development of students’ clinical competence.
- Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the dental curriculum.
- Supervise and mentor students in clinical training, research projects, and theses.
- Maintain an active research profile with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Pursue external research funding where appropriate.
- Participate in departmental and School committees.
- Contribute to strategic development and community engagement initiatives.
