The School seeks to recruit qualified candidates at any academic rank — Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor — depending on qualifications, experience, and scholarly achievements.

Essential Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in the specific field of application or a relevant field.
• Proven record of undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching relevant to the subject area.
• Research portfolio and publication record commensurate with the rank sought.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teaching and academic leadership in pre-clinical and clinical education.
• Ensure effective supervision and development of students’ clinical competence.
• Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the dental curriculum.
• Supervise and mentor students in clinical training, research projects, and theses.
• Maintain an active research profile with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Pursue external research funding where appropriate.
• Participate in departmental and School committees.
• Contribute to strategic development and community engagement initiatives.
