About the Speaker
Dr Sotiris Prokopiou is Product Strategy Manager at Mastercard in Cyprus, within the Greek Cluster, focusing on Core Products, Digital Solutions, AI and Innovation across the payment’s ecosystem.
He brings over 15 years of academic, research and professional experience, holding a PhD in Digital Twins and Artificial Intelligence. His international research background includes roles in the UK, US and France.
Dr Prokopiou’s career spans research and development as a Systems Modelling Engineer, consultancy as a Solution Consultant in a leading French tech start-up, as well as advisory and leadership roles in Technology and Digital Transformation at PwC and KPMG Cyprus.
