Developing an intercultural game as a pedagogic tool for the inclusion of pupils with migrant bacKground in new Learning environments
About the project:
The KidLe project aims to support the inclusion of children with a migrant background in new school environments by co-creating, together with children, parents, and educators, five (5) intercultural board games. These games will be integrated into a unified digital game package, designed to promote interaction, understanding, and acceptance of cultural diversity in early childhood and primary education. The project seeks to enhance the capacity of educators and parents to use games as a tool for children’s learning and development; implement the game package in educational settings through specially designed play events and raise public awareness about the role of intercultural games in supporting inclusion in early education.
