SHORT BIO
Dr Panagiotis Gkorezis is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the same department and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Lancaster University. He completed his doctoral and postdoctoral research in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Human Performance, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Personnel Review, Employee Relations, and the Leadership & Organization Development Journal. He serves as an active reviewer for several esteemed academic journals, including the British Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and Journal of Business Research. He is also the creator of the podcast HResearch, which focuses on topics related to human resource management and organizational behavior.
